Serving trays with Dovetail corners

I use a variety of hardwoods including domestic and exotic to create beautiful heirloom quality serving trays. All my trays have dovetail corners. The inlay dovetails are a multistep process. I finish each tray with 4 coats of water based polyurethane which keeps the natural beauty and details of the wood. Most trays are 18 inches long by 12 inches wide. the sides are 2.5 inches high (unless noted). The bottoms are inset into a groove that goes around the inside of the tray for a seamless look. I use black stainless steel handles but other types can be substituted if desired.
