Cheese Slicer

My cheese slicers are made with domestic and exotic hardwoods. The size is 9 inches by 12 inches and 3/4 of an inch thick unless noted. I use stainless steel slicing hardware. I have also attached rubber feet to the bottom. My cheese slicer is finished with food grade mineral oil and cutting board wax. I am still testing these to make sure the hardware lasts as advertised.
